Oh, for but a place to lie my head...

For all you out-of-town guests (and maybe in-town guests), we are in the process of securing a room block at the downtown Raleigh Sheraton. It's about three blocks away from Artspace, where we are getting married, and right on Fayetteville Street Mall. I will have a link to the room block space soon, which I will post and send out, but just for your reference: rooms will be $99/night, and there are only king-size bed rooms available, and it will be set aside for Thursday night - Saturday night. If you want a double room, there weren't any available for us to set aside, but I bet you could still book one - I think I saw them available for about $125/night a few days ago.

Brian and I took a quick tour of the Sheraton, which has undergone a bit of a makeover in the last year - the rooms are very nice, there is an indoor pool and workout facility, and a nice restaurant and bar in an atrium. It's near some of the cooler things in downtown Raleigh, like Moore Square, the museums, cool restaurants and bars, etc.
